    May I ask what is being investigated? The investigation was finished. It took 2 months for the investigation. They already said that they will give me my coins back. I can send you the screenshot of that conversation. You can also access my account, I'm sure you can do that right?

    I purchased jewels from the Coin Shop and the stat value is incorrect. The rep told me that this is an ongoing issue. I already reported this issue to the In-Game support 2 months ago and continuously replying up to now. The previous rep told me that the developers of Dragon Blaze already said that they will refund the coins that I used to purchase the jewels. The total is 4400 coins. I am really patient with regards to this issue but 2 months of waiting is already enough. I assumed that the in-game support has no capability to help me or simply does not want to help me that is why I send you a message hoping that it will be resolved immediately. I have been playing this game since 2015 and I frequently purchase in-game items since I really enjoy this game. I don't want to quit playing just because the in-game support is useless. My CS CODE is: 27407203. I want to attach the screenshot of my conversation with the previous rep but there is no option.

    I am using a samsung S7 and keep getting the unfortunately dragon blaze has stopped working since angel update. I have cleared cache uninstalled, and reunstalled. I have more than 70% memory remaining. Any ideas?

    We're do I find all that info if I can't log in to the game using a Galaxy S7 sense 3 hours ago have been able to log in at all. Game crashs at gamevil name

    Dear Mr Hellhawk
    I recently find that shabelle buff is not available at some times. Like now, it is 10:30 in SeA server but my shabelle buff is not available although i haven't bought one and it says that next buff available in 14:00
    This issue has occure sereral times to me. Please take a look at timezone system.
